Sergei has a degree in engineering, as well as additional education in the field of strategic business management, digital business transformation and technology project management.
25 years of experience in construction and industrial companies as Commercial Director, Chief Engineer and CEO.
Since 2009, Sergei has created his own company from scratch, which has been developing IT solutions and personnel training services in the field of occupational safety at enterprises with an aggressive environment for chemical, mining, metallurgical and petrochemical enterprises.
Sergei has extensive experience in all aspects of the work of construction and industrial companies and safety requirements that reduce risks for employees of such enterprises. In addition, Sergey is well versed in business management, strategic planning, working with clients and has enterprise management skills to create IT solutions for occupational safety.
Since April 2023, Sergei has gathered a team of like-minded people and launched his innovative startup SafetyMetrix to create a cloud-based safety training platform for employees of construction and industrial enterprises.

Dmitry has higher technical and financial education, as well as additional education in business management, creation and promotion of innovative products.
27 years of experience in commercial banks, investment and consulting companies in the positions of head of business development and creation of new products.
Since 2008, Dmitry has been engaged in the creation and development of training centers in various companies, has serious expertise in analyzing staff training needs, developing methodologies, curricula for employees, developing and conducting trainings, seminars, coaching sessions, assessment centers.
In 2013, together with his partners, he created a consulting company in the field of industrial safety, where he was responsible for developing a business strategy, business development and sales, and in 4 years increased the company’s revenue to $15 million.
Since 2017, Dmitry has created from scratch and runs a training center in Russia’s largest car seller AVTORUS, together with the team he has developed and implemented a distance learning platform for online professional training courses for the company’s employees, where more than 4 thousand employees have been trained.
ZHANNA SAVCHUK
Chief Marketing Officer
Zhanna has a higher technical and artistic education, completed international courses in marketing and SEO in 2021.
She has more than 15 years of experience in the field of marketing and advertising, was the head of the chief designer in large companies, such as the airline «Aerosvit», «Mul-t-Lock», «Autoradio Ukraine».
In 2010, she founded her own marketing and advertising company «Grand Vision» in Kiev.
In 2022, she opened a branch of her company «Gran Vision» in Spain.
She has experience in implementing large marketing projects together with the official dealer «Yamaha Ukraine» («VIDI Moto life»), the company «KEIM» and the pharmacy network «Arnie-Pharm» and Public Union “Association of mentoring for children».
